I loved the location! it was so close to the ferry terminal, casino, lagoon, restaurants, and supermarket. They are all literally a block away! i couldn't think of any place better situated. I'm so glad i booked here! pre check-in is amazing and saves time!

just the parking was uncovered, and i don't get it, you pay extra $15 dollars a night for parking but the parking is part of the hotel..

the location is right on the esplanade near the park. the lagoon, restaurants, and the pier are also close (i enjoyed the short walks). the casino is very near, as are shops and the business district. these are all within walking distance. the beds were nice and neat. the bathroom and balcony were easy to use and also clean.

a male accidentally entered my room with a key reception gave him. the key was coded incorrectly (i was shocked, as a female staying alone). i contacted reception about this. i was offered a bottle of wine or a free breakfast. i felt unsafe and asked to move rooms.

The hotel's location was GREAT for access to the boat terminal. The room i had was spacious and centrally located, yet quiet. The hotel provides a washing machine and dryer available 24/7, convenient.

The shower was pretty rubbish, as it was over a bath. There were not many items in the room. For example, there were only two cups. The kettle was small, and there was no toaster available in the room.
