Guest Ratings & Reviews
I stayed at the hotel for one night in Cairns and found the rooms to be old and outdated but overall a decent place to stay. The staff were helpful, especially when our TV didn't work, and the location was great for exploring the town, although it was noisy due to construction nearby. The dining experience was pleasant with a good selection, and the facilities were satisfactory.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and new, but the bathroom definitely needed a refresh. On the bright side, they were wonderful although a bit dated, with the 'queen room' having two single beds pushed together. The service was excellent, with friendly and efficient staff willing to assist. Although the location was noisy, it was still great with a cool breeze. The dining was good value for money, especially with the voucher offered at check-in.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the bed was great, offering a nice view even though I could hear some noise from the air conditioning outlets down near the ground level. The staff checked us in quickly and were very helpful and friendly, making our experience pleasant. The location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. However, the dining experience was not up to par, and the buffet could be improved for better value for money.
The hotel surprised me with clean and comfortable rooms that were ready for check-in much earlier than expected. The service, while mostly helpful, had a minor hiccup with room arrangements. The location was great, close to dining options, but had some issues with noise. Dining was good overall, although slightly overpriced. The facilities were satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were brand new and really nicely appointed, with a good location. They were spacious and clean with good quality fittings, making the stay extremely comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The service was top-notch, with very friendly and helpful staff who even offered to change our room straight away. The location was perfect for us, being great with walking distance to the reef terminal and Hemmingways brewery. The dining options had a good selection but I highly recommend exploring the nearby cafes for a nice breakfast. Overall, a great hotel with wonderful amenities and value for money.
The hotel is in a perfect location, close to various restaurants and the marina, offering brand new, tastefully furnished rooms that are spacious, cool, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, although there was one instance of rudeness. The dining options were scrumptious but expensive, and the facilities are well-maintained.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the esplanade and offers a short stroll to Hemmingways and various restaurants along the harbour front. The rooms are bright and airy but facing the park brought some early morning noise. The staff's service varies from frazzled to friendly, with some displaying helpfulness. The dining experience is pleasant while the facilities meet expectations.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room I had, despite some toilet and shower issues in room 303, provided a stunning view and was beautifully designed with modern touches like fragrant hand wash and luxurious Egyptian cotton towels. The bed was super comfy! A few minutes before my stay, the staff made sure everything was ready for me, which was a nice touch.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were brand new, tastefully furnished, and offered a great view from the very large balcony. The comfort and aesthetics were exceptional, definitely worth a small price difference. The service was very friendly, with all the necessary amenities like good Wi-Fi and a sparkling clean bathroom. The location was excellent, close to bars, restaurants, and the terminal for reef tours. The dining experience was splendid, offering a range of quality options. Overall, a great value for money with excellent facilities.
